Mr & Mrs Jones

 Challenges you had before the installation?

Mrs Jones - Stan my husband as very very bad knees and there is no room to put a chair in the bath so he struggled a lot as it was not safe at all for him to stand up in.

Difference it as made since the Installation?

Mrs Jones - Twice as easy for Stan, so much more room to sit down and it have made a great improvement to Stan's Life.

Autumn UK as a company?

Absolutely fine, not a problem at all.

Paul the Installer well I felt like I could go out to the shops and trust him in my house alone - very trustworthy chap.

The staff in the Showroom (Paul and Amanda) were very helpful and friendly too.
 

Mrs Merrick

Challenges you had before the installation?

I had a Shower before and the step was raised very high and found it very difficult before. Many of times I haven fallen on the floor and been there for a while but eventually picked myself up. I have never told any of my family as its very degrading.

Difference it as made since the Installation?

I think it is out of this world and could not wish for anything better, its fantastic.

Autumn UK as a company?

Workmanship was brilliant and the lads were very polite and trustworthy.

Autumn staff on the phones were very polite and very helpful.
